Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all bookings with brightfutreventures.com, PE, EDRPOU 09786041, 45 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.

We comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, and 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995.

Cancellation by You

Cancel anytime before start. Fees:

• 30+ days: full refund minus 10% admin fee.
• 15–30 days: 50% refund.
• 7–14 days: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days: no refund.

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel, you get a full refund. Force majeure: full refund or alternative date.

Changes

One free change up to 15 days before start. Later changes: 10% of booking value.
