Booking enquiry

Send your route, get a line-by-line total

Every reply lists transport, hostel nights and visa notes in one figure, plus the price per day. Student fares need a valid student ID shown at the meeting point; travellers must be 18 or over.

What happens next

From enquiry to boarding in four steps

Send the booking enquiry form and a named group leader replies within one working day. Nothing is charged at that stage.

  1. 01

    Reply with the itemised cost

We confirm seat availability on your departure and send the full break: coach or rail fare, hostel nights, and the cost per day. No asterisk-only pricing.

  2. 02

    Seat held on deposit

A EUR 60 deposit holds your place for seven days. Maximum 22 travellers per group, one group leader per group.

  3. 03

    Balance and document check

The balance is due 21 days before departure. We check your passport and student ID photo at that point.

  4. 04

    Meeting point details

Three days before departure you get the platform, the leader's phone number, and the awkward parts in plain words: the 04:40 border queue, the 06:10 arrival, and hostel check-in at 14:00.
