These terms govern the use of brightfutreventures.com and the booking of travel services. These Terms constitute the public offer. By using the site or booking, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to book our services.

3. Booking and Contract

Booking is confirmed when we send a confirmation. Pre-contract information is provided per Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015 and Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are in UAH unless stated. Payment methods are shown at checkout. We may cancel if payment fails.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our refund policy and Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995. Please contact us for details.

6. Liability

We are liable as required by law. We are not liable for events beyond our control.

7. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data per Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3141-IX від 20.11.2024. Cookies are used per Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX від 16.12.2020, стаття 119.

8. Dispute Resolution

Claims are handled per Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023. Out-of-court dispute resolution is available.

Advertising is accurate per Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996.
