Student Eligibility Policy

This policy explains the requirements for student fares offered by brightfutreventures.com.

1. Eligibility Requirements

• You must hold a valid student ID from an accredited educational institution.
• The student ID must be presented at the time of booking and travel.

2. Verification

We verify student status at booking. If you fail to provide valid proof, we may charge the standard adult fare.

3. Legal Framework

We comply with Ukrainian law. In particular:

• Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 — we publish complete provider identification before you enter into a contract.
• Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 — we provide pre-contract information, including name, address, contact details, service characteristics, price, and dispute procedure.
